The Ride

How to Book

The schedule goes live for the week every Sunday at 12pm EST. The booking window allows you to reserve a ride for Monday through the following Sunday. You must have paid rides in your account to book. Once you’ve purchased a series, click Book a Ride, pick your bike and mark your calendar! We encourage all new riders to choose bikes in the middle or the back to follow along by seeing both the instructor & fellow riders.

What If I’m running late?

Give us a call and we’ll hold your bike. All unclaimed bikes will be released 3 minutes before class. If you don’t sign-in for your bike or let us know you’re coming, your bike can be given away to a person on the waitlist.

What if I need to cancel?

You can cancel your bike without penalty up until the day of the class. A late cancellation penalty applies to any class cancelled the same day the ride is scheduled to take place. A late cancel is considered any cancellation done day-of and prior to 4 hours before class. It will result in the loss of your class credit. Any cancellation within 4 hours results in a no show.

You can cancel your bike without penalty up until 7p the day before your scheduled class. A late cancel will now be considered any cancellation done after 7p the day before class and prior to 4 hours before class. It will result in the loss of your class credit. Any cancellation within 4 hours results in a no-show.

No Show

If you simply don’t show up for your scheduled class or you cancel within 4 hours of your scheduled class, a no-show penalty will incur. This differs from a late cancel in that you will be charged a $20 no-show fee AND lose your class credit.

What about the waitlist?

The waitlist works! If you join, plan on committing to riding that class. Riders will be auto-booked from the waitlist up until one hour before class. You’ll receive an email notifying you that you’re booked. Within one hour, any rider on the waitlist will receive a phone call notifying you of the open bike, but you will not be automatically added to the class unless you verbally confirm you can make it. (note: you can remove yourself from the waitlist at anytime)
